MLR is seeking a full-time, permanent, direct-hire Clinical Manager - Emergency Room (ER) to join their client's dynamic and fast-paced emergency department near San Elizario, TX.

Key Responsibilities for Clinical Manager - ER:

• Provide leadership and oversight of the emergency department, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
• Supervise, mentor, and support ER nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered work environment.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance patient outcomes and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
• Monitor and manage department budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and hospital leadership to optimize patient care strategies.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and staff training programs to maintain excellence in emergency care.
• Address and resolve patient and staff concerns, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Clinical Manager - ER Qualifications:

• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program (Master's preferred).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum 5 years of emergency department nursing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality improvement practices.
