Location: Hilliard, OH (onsite not remote)

Schedule:

Monday 8-7

Tuesday 8-5

Wednesday 7-4

Thursday 9-5

Friday 7-3

Pay Rate: $18/hr

Description

• Warmly greet every patient with eye contact, a smile, and a positive statement
• Guide and explain new patients through paperwork and be a resource for any questions they may have
• Patient Registration
• insurance authorizations and verifications
• Collect co-pays
• Excellent customer service

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Must have at least 1+ years working in a medical front desk/general front desk/customer service rep type role.
• Must have excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Must be able to multitask and manage heavy workload
• Must have strong computer skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hilliard, OH.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
