Office Receptionist

Job Title

The primary responsibilities for this position would be to perform receptionist, office assistant, and/or HR assistant duties.

Job duties include:

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Taking messages
• Greeting visitors
• Data entry of daily timecards
• Record keeping for attendance and paid time off
• Orientation processing of new hires

Skills and qualifications:

• Basic computer skills needed
• Ability to learn QuickBooks / Job Boss
• Ability to work well with people during difficult situations
• Pay attention to details
• Effective listening skills
• A positive and willing-to-learn attitude
• Time management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Efficient verbal and written communication skills
