The Construction Project Manager (CPM) plays a pivotal role in overseeing residential retrofit projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and effective project delivery. The CPM is a local, culturally sensitive professional with experience in retrofits, contractor management, and residential code compliance. Their responsibilities include coordinating and constructively challenging contractors, maintaining honesty and a positive reputation, communicating clearly and responsively, and supporting program participation efforts./ppThe success of residential retrofit projects hinges on effective project management, clear communication, and strong contractor oversight. This role requires a proactive leader who can support and manage effectively, ensure work is compliant with residential codes, and stakeholders are kept informed.
