Salary: US$45,000–$50,000 tax-free

We are recruiting for a luxury hospitality group in Turks & Caicos seeking an experienced Group Retail Manager to oversee retail operations across multiple luxury resort properties.

\n

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded retail leader to take ownership of sales, profitability, merchandising, inventory and guest experience across a multi-property operation.

The Role

\n
• Oversee retail operations across three luxury resort properties
\n
• Lead and develop Retail Managers and wider retail teams
\n
• Establish consistent service standards, SOPs and guest experience across all locations
\n
• Develop sales strategies and promotional initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability
\n
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, transaction values and inventory turnover
\n
• Oversee merchandising, stock management, ordering and inventory control
\n
• Manage budgets, forecasting, expenses and financial performance
\n
• Build relationships with suppliers and identify new product and market opportunities
\n
• Partner with Marketing to develop promotions, events and campaigns
\n
• Ensure a cohesive luxury brand experience across all retail locations
\n

The Ideal Candidate

\n

\n
• 5+ years of retail management experience , ideally within a luxury hotel or resort environment
\n
• Proven experience overseeing multiple retail outlets
\n
• Strong leadership experience managing diverse teams
\n
• Excellent knowledge of retail sales, merchandising and inventory management
\n
• Strong financial skills, including budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis
\n
• Experience with retail POS and management systems
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Strategic, commercially focused and results-oriented
\n
• Hands-on, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities
\n
• Passionate about luxury hospitality and exceptional guest experiences
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing or a related field preferred
