Ability to oversee restaurant conditions and ensure compliance with company policies and health standards. Focus on proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness. Ability to analyze P&L and store reports to implement improvements. Proficiency with computer applications, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required if you have at least one year of restaurant management experience.
