Vice President of Operations

This role leads day-to-day operations at PayKings: how a merchant moves from application to approval to a live, well-supported account. It suits an operator who has run payments or fintech teams and likes turning a working process into a repeatable one. What you will do Lead the operations, boarding, and support teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance Own the merchant lifecycle from application through underwriting, boarding, and post-boarding support Coordinate with acquiring bank and processor partners on underwriting, approvals, and escalations Oversee risk and chargeback monitoring processes across the merchant portfolio Set operational metrics and report on them to leadership Build and document processes that scale as merchant volume grows Maintain compliance with card brand rules and PCI-DSS requirements in operational workflows Partner with sales so new merchants are placed and boarded without friction What you will bring Senior operations leadership experience in payments, merchant services, or fintech Working knowledge of merchant underwriting, boarding, and acquiring bank relationships A track record of building teams and the processes they run on Comfort with metrics, reporting, and making decisions from data Clear communication with executives, bank partners, and merchants alike Preferred High-risk merchant account experience Chargeback management and risk monitoring experience Familiarity with CRM and payment gateway platforms Benefits Competitive salary A stable role at a growing payments company Room to build real fintech expertise Collaborative team environment On-site position in Lehi, Utah #J-18808-Ljbffr PayKings Merchant Payments Acceptance Corp.
