As an Records Technician, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience by capturing the diagnostic records our doctors use to create beautiful, healthy smiles.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking digital orthodontic photographs
• Capturing digital impressions using our state-of-the-art scanners
• Taking panoramic and CBCT X-rays (certification provided)
• Preparing patients for their records appointment
• Ensuring patient records are complete and accurate
• Maintaining imaging equipment and following all sterilization and safety protocols
• Working closely with our doctors, clinical assistants, and treatment coordinators

• Positive, energetic attitude
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and technology
• Dependable, organized, and a team player
• Dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person!

Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in medical/dental office administration or health information management is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
• Basic computer proficiency, including dental management software, Microsoft Office, and digital imaging systems
