We're looking for a friendly, motivated, solutions-driven Customer Service Representative to help us continue delivering the exceptional experience our customers love.

☆ What You'll Do (Your Impact Matters)

As the voice of One Clear Choice, you'll be the first point of contact for customers-helping guide them through scheduling, service questions, and product inquiries. You'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences.

You will:

• Deliver empathetic, professional support across phone, email, and chat
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls while staying upbeat and organized
• Accurately schedule appointments and coordinate with our field technicians
• Research solutions and provide clear, friendly answers to customer questions
• Maintain detailed and accurate notes in our systems
• Spot opportunities to recommend additional services that add value to the customer
• Work closely with the team to keep jobs moving smoothly
• Learn our products and services so well that you become a trusted expert

☆ What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of customer service experience (home services experience = bonus!)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Friendly, patient, and positive-especially under pressure
• Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
• Comfort with technology and CRM tools (ServiceTitan experience = plus!)
• Team-oriented attitude with a desire to learn and grow
• High school diploma or equivalent
