Medication Technician (Med Tech) – Lake Havasu City, AZ Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ Position Type/W2 Hourly Rate: Contract @ $21/hr (paid weekly) Schedule: Day, Evening, and/or Night Shifts Available Position Summary ATC Healthcare of Arizona is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Medication Technician (Med Tech) to join our team in Lake Havasu City, AZ. The Med Tech is responsible for administering medications to residents while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with all state regulations and facility policies. This role works closely with nursing staff to support quality patient care in a long-term care or assisted living setting. Key Responsibilities Administer prescribed medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols Accurately document medication administration and report any discrepancies or adverse reactions Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly notify nursing staff of concerns Maintain medication carts, storage areas, and records in compliance with regulatory standards Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Ensure proper infection control and safety procedures are followed Communicate effectively with nurses, staff, residents, and families Qualifications Active Arizona Medication Technician / Caregiver Certification required Active Arizona Memory Care Certification required Current CPR/BLS Certification Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing settings preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Compensation & Benefits (Customize as Needed) Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Weekly pay options available Flexible scheduling Medical, dental, and vision benefits (if applicable) Opportunity for long‑term placement or advancement How to Apply Submit your resume today to be considered for immediate openings.
