The Shift Manager is responsible for restaurant performance by leading crew teams to provide an outstanding guest experience. Therefore, a Shift Manager must take measures to ensure all safety, security, quality, and cleanliness are met throughout their shifts. This means helping the team follow our culture, set goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their results and achieve their goals.
