This role involves visiting patients in Rockport, Gloucester, Ipswich, Beverly and surrounding towns. Schedules are flexible and can be tailored to availability between Monday-Friday! The number of daily visits will vary based on the total hours worked each week. We're offering a generous sign-on bonus of $750.00 to welcome new hires to our team. Your day may include: • Assisting with bathing, grooming, and dressing • Supporting mobility and safe transfers • Preparing meals and assisting with feeding • Light housekeeping • Providing companionship and emotional support • Observing and reporting changes in patient condition • Supporting care in homes, assisted living, and skilled nursing settings You’ll follow a personalized care plan and work closely with a collaborative team of nurses and therapists.
