Join Lexus of Merrillville as a Lexus Salesperson, where you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional luxury car buying experience. Located in Merrillville, IN, this position offers a competitive compensation range of $80,000 to $150,000 per year, with payments made weekly. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about sales and luxury vehicles.

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Lexus vehicles, features, and financing options.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed dealership sales goals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and product information to effectively convey benefits to customers.

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and work well within a team.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of automotive financing and leasing options is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
