Senior Product Designer

To enhance customer trust during financial disputes, the full-time Senior Product Designer will design end-to-end dispute experiences across various banking platforms, simplifying complex workflows and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Own the design of cohesive dispute experiences across Business and Personal Banking, integrating customer journeys, investigator tools, and operational systems Simplify regulatory and operational complexities into intuitive experiences that support efficient decision-making for investigators Create transparent and trustworthy experiences that help customers navigate stressful financial situations while balancing compliance and business needs Required qualifications 4+ years of product design experience with ownership of end-to-end projects in complex domains Experience designing sophisticated workflows and service experiences across multiple touchpoints Strong systems thinking ability to understand the impact of decisions on the broader product ecosystem Exceptional interaction and visual design skills, demonstrated through a relevant portfolio Proven ability to ground design decisions in research and customer insights, thriving in collaborative environments
