Employment: Fall/Winter seasonal hiring with potential for long-term employment based on performance

Role: Sit-Down Forklift Operator

$15–$18 per hour, depending on terminal and experience

Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently

Load and unload pallets from trailers

Move and position palletized freight within warehouse and loading areas

Maneuver equipment safely around trailers, docks, and warehouse areas

Handle materials carefully to prevent product or equipment damage

Follow warehouse procedures and workplace-safety requirements

Maintain an organized and safe work area

Report equipment or safety issues when identified

Minimum 1+ year of forklift experience required

Sit-down or stand-up forklift experience accepted

Experience loading and unloading pallets from trailers

Spanish-speaking candidates are accepted; English is not required

Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Ability to follow material-handling and safety procedures

Closed-toe shoes required

Long hair must be secured while operating equipment

Safety glasses provided

Gloves provided

Protective masks provided when required

No specific uniform required

DOT 10-panel drug screening required before starting

Random drug testing may be required during employment

Airfare or travel arrangements may be covered when applicable
