- Full-time
- Shifts Available: 6am-6pm (Day Shift) 6pm - 6am (Night Shift($2/hr shift differential))
- Rotating Schedule: 2 days ON, 2 days OFF, 3 days ON, 2 days OFF
- Operate assigned equipment
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Support the PIP-HSP Operating System
- Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness
- Comply with all safety rules
- Record and report production data
- Maintain Class 1 and Respiratory certifications
- Participate in Preventive Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance activities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated ability to work in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to analyze information and concepts
- Ability to collaborate with others and work independently
- Ability to identify key details
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity
- Creative thinking and idea generation
- Some production experience
- Ability to communicate information clearly
