Job Description

Administrative Warehouse Clerk

Monday - Friday

10am - 6:30pm

$16.50 per hour DOE

Job Duties

- Process inbound and outbound paperwork

- Check drivers in/out

- Filing

- Communication

- Ensure accuracy of documents and inventory

- Order fulfillment

- Notifies others of warehouse concerns to increase productivity, improve service, decrease or avoid costs, and begins to identify areas where they can assist in resolving concerns.

- Provides assistance and support to all site Administration and Operations

Essential Knowledge and Skills

- Ability to apply basic to complex mathematical concepts

- Understand and respond appropriately to basic to complex employee, vendor and customer inquiries

- Read, write and communicate using the English Language

Requirements

- High school diploma or GED

- Ability to move throughout the facility including the office, production, warehouse environments, etc.

- Must wear steel toe boots

- Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, lift, pull, climb, balance, crouch, handle and move items weighting up to 50lbs.
