As a Technician, you will service commercial integrated security systems such as electronic access control, CCTV/video monitoring, and intrusion alarm systems. Job Responsibilities Service systems including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, intercom, emergency phone, parking revenue systems, and more. Collaborate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful installations. Provide customer training and handle on‑site assessments for service needs. Promote business opportunities for service contracts and maintain product knowledge. Keep a clean, safe work environment and manage job documentation efficiently. Maintain inventory on truck and have knowledge of all parts, part numbers, and descriptions. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years in video surveillance and camera systems (preferred). High school diploma or GED (preferred). Valid driver’s license and good driving record (required).
