As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Full Time in Rosemount, MN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol officer at a busy retail distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with a caring, agile, and reliable approach, working as part of a team that values innovation and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including exterior areas, entrances, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter access points.
• Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity, verifying authorized access when required, and reporting suspicious behavior and/or policy violations.
• Support daily operations at a busy retail distribution location by documenting incidents, completing routine reports, and helping to deter unauthorized access, theft-related activity, and/or operational disruptions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
