What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for PreK and Elementary caseloads Utilize a range of assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS‑R, AFLS, SSIS) to identify strengths and learning needs Collect, analyze, and apply behavioral data to guide decision‑making and monitor progress Ensure fidelity of implementation through ongoing data review and program adjustments Coach and model evidence‑based behavioral strategies for teachers, instructional assistants, and support staff Partner with a team of BCBAs to coach and build the capacity of RBTs and behavior technicians - a consultative role without direct supervisory responsibility Collaborate with special education teams, administrators, and families to support generalization and long‑term success Serve as a consultant to IEP teams, contributing to student‑centered behavioral programming Deliver professional development sessions, workshops, and classroom‑based trainings Maintain timely, accurate documentation aligned with district and regulatory standards Implement proactive behavior support and crisis prevention strategies Provide in‑the‑moment guidance and debriefing during behavioral escalation How Success Is Measured Success in this role is defined by: High‑quality, ethical, and effective behavioral programming Strong collaboration with school teams and families Consistent data‑driven decision‑making Positive student outcomes, sustainable supports, and strengthened capacity within the school's RBT team Professionalism, reliability, and follow‑through Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Current BCBA certification in good standing Minimum of 2+ years of experience providing ABA services in school-based or educational settings, ideally spanning PreK through elementary‑age populations Experience conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and coaching or supporting RBTs and behavior technicians in a consultative capacity Strong collaboration and communication skills with school personnel and families Commitment to ethical, compassionate, student‑centered care Why CAS Is Different Balance autonomy with meaningful clinical support Prioritize collaboration over isolation Invest in clinician growth across settings Support sustainable, long‑term careers in ABA Not Ready to Make the Jump - but Know Someone Who Is?
