What you'll doAs a Senior Full Stack Developer in Bellevue, you will join a new team dedicated to building and maintaining customer support related AI and agentic solutions that collaborate with thousands of SAP support engineers worldwide and that interact with all of SAP’s customers as part of SAP’s mission critical and daily customer support offerings in preventive, reactive and value-adding scenarios across SAP’s product and support portfolio. Your team will be part of the AI & Support Engineering organization with a decade of experience delivering enterprise AI at scale.In your role, you will:Build and maintain end-to-end applications delivering AI and agentic capabilities to support staff and customers.Develop responsive, intuitive front ends within performance budgets and robust back-end services.Design and implement scalable, maintainable architectures and solutions.Collaborate with engineers to operationalize and serve AI reliably.Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience.Drive code quality through code reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices.Partner with security engineers to ensure solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, and availability standards.What you bring6+ years of experience as a full stack developer with AI focusProven experience building full stack applications, from database to user interfaceExperience with agentic coding tools productivelyProficiency with modern front-end frameworks (React), back-end (Python) and database technologiesFamiliarity with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Ability to integrate AI/ML services and APIsFamiliar with observability toolsSolid software engineering fundamentals, including testing (UT/IT/E2E), version control, and CI/CDStrong collaboration skillsA pragmatic, user-focused mindset with attention to quality and detailKnowledge of security and compliance requirements for enterprise softwareFluent in EnglishMeet your teamWe build intelligent solutions for the customer support ecosystem from data to production. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 145000-246500. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
