Pay & Benefits

Base salary starting at approximately $70000 per year based on qualifications and experience
Attainable monthly bonus and year-end Super Sales bonus opportunities

Founded in 2009 Sterling Restaurants owns the original Moes in Atlanta and has grown into the largest Moes franchisee operating nearly 90 restaurants across seven states. What Youll Lead

As General Manager youll own your restaurants daily operations team development guest experience and financial performance.

Build your team: Recruit hire train and coach managers and crew members. Set clear expectations and develop future leaders.
Run great shifts: Manage staffing scheduling inventory and ordering while maintaining food quality cleanliness and safety.
Deliver welcoming service: Lead by example resolve guest concerns and turn feedback into improvements.
Drive results: Manage sales labor food costs and profitability.
Grow the business: Support catering local marketing and community relationships.
