The Role
- Provide high-quality general practice care, including wellness exams, preventive care, internal medicine, and dentistry
- Perform soft-tissue surgery and, depending on interest and experience, select orthopedic procedures
- Interpret in-house diagnostics, digital radiography, and dental radiography; coordinate visiting ultrasound as needed
- Communicate clearly with clients, build trusted relationships, and deliver personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold hospital protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate closely with technicians and support staff to ensure efficient, compassionate care
- Participate in a structured mentorship program with a primary on-site mentor and additional clinical mentors to support growth and confidence

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited program
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)
