Ultrasound Technologist

Overview Providence Health and Services – Swedish First Hill – is hiring an Ultrasound Intern for a full‑time, night‑shift position in Seattle, WA. The role offers a $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires and a salary range of $53.99 to $82.86 per hour. Responsibilities Performs a variety of sonographic examinations dealing with OB/GYN, abdominal and small parts. Supports the radiologist during invasive procedures and makes clinical judgments of the patient’s condition based on information from the referring physician, medical records, patient interview and personal assessments. Required Qualifications Complete an ultrasound training program and possess education sufficient to meet eligibility for the American Registry of Diagnostic Ultrasonographers (ARDMS) registry examination. Obtain National Certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography within one year of hire. Complete American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) training upon hire. Have one year of experience as an ultrasound technologist or ultrasound intern.
