Medical Assistant

We are looking for two Clinical Fitters to join our team in Keene, NH!

Responsibilities:

Fit patients with orthopedic DME (OTS orthotics), deliver follow-up care, and educate patients on device use.

- Conduct patient assessments and support treatment plans.

- Maintain accurate charts, documentation, and physician-aligned care notes.

- Ensure compliance with coding, documentation, and DME standards.

- Handle billing paperwork, insurance verification, scanning, system updates, and administrative workflows.

- Support operational, billing, and inventory needs as required.

Requirements:

Healthcare experience preferred (MA, Ortho-Tech, ATC, Clinical Fitter) - We will train passionate candidates, but typically Medical Assistants and Athletic Trainers are most successful in this role

- Strong communication and patient-interaction skills.

- Solid problem solving and sound decision-making ability.

- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and operate independently.

- Willingness to learn, stay flexible, and work collaboratively.
