How You Will Make an Impact

• Spearhead comprehensive employee relations investigations (approximately 40% of your focus) to ensure a fair, compliant, and equitable environment.

• Deliver responsive, high-volume walk-in HR support, resolving complex workplace concerns with empathy, active listening, and clear policy interpretation.

• Facilitate engaging new hire orientations and onboarding activities to integrate top talent effectively into the operations team.

• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional operational leadership to provide actionable HR guidance and support large-scale workforce initiatives.

• Lead impactful group discussions, town halls, and presentations to maintain transparent and robust employee communication.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and employee records, utilizing independent judgment to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

The Expertise You Bring

• 4+ years proven experience in a Human Resources Generalist, Employee Relations, or related HR support function.

• Demonstrated capability to conduct thorough workplace investigations and navigate conflict resolution expertly.

• Ability to support a large, high-volume employee population while maintaining an approachable customer service orientation.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) to streamline HR workflows.

• Preferred Qualifications: Bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish; background supporting distribution, manufacturing, or similar complex operational environments.
