About the Role:
Capriotti's in Harrisburg, PA is looking for an energetic and motivated Shift Leader to join our team! In this role, you'll help lead daily sandwich shop operations while delivering the legendary guest experience Capriotti's is known for. If you love great food, great people, and stepping up to lead, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth, efficient operations
Uphold Capriotti's food quality, preparation, and presentation standards
Provide outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns in a timely manner
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation
Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards throughout the shift
Train and coach crew members on proper procedures and company standards
Communicate effectively with management regarding staffing, inventory, and operational needs

Requirements:

Prior experience in a restaurant, fast casual, or food service environment preferred
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Strong communication and team-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Basic math and cash handling skills

Paid Training Program and Servsafe Certification will be paid for.
Serious inquiries, start within two weeks of hire and open availability is a must.
