Description

• Assess patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs

• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, discharge planning, and home exercise routines

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is favored
