Job Details Job Location: Culver City, CA 90230 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Not Specified Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 Job Shift: Any Job Category: Real Estate Property Management Associates Compensation $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year Monthly Auto Allowance: $600/month Phone allowance: $75.00/month Annual performance bonus Essential Functions Deep understanding of property operations, financial aspects of multi-family property management, property maintenance and vendor management, property marketing and leasing, team development, employee supervision and motivation.
