Elivert Insurance Agency in Bowie, MD, is looking for a goal-oriented , self-motivated person with a desire to grow to help us sell our amazing insurance products and services as a Full-Time Insurance Sales Representative . Candidates will receive a base salary of $40,000 / year with the opportunity to earn an additional $10,000-$20,000 in commissions, year end base salary + commission range is $50,000-$60,000.

Responsibilities

• Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to develop insurance quotes .
• Utilize warm leads to meet sales goals.
• With your excellent relationship-building talents , you’ll be building rapport with clients and have the opportunity to go out and market to businesses.
• You'll be overcoming objections to maintain client retention and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

• Must be able to multitask .
• Excellent communication skills including professional phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport .
• A team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed .
