Performs all MQSA and ACR required duties as directed by Imaging Director/Manager. Performs all general Radiologic examinations as required by departmental needs. When needed, he/she is required to provide coverage for both Newburgh and/or Cornwall campuses of SLCH. Must be responsible for periodic On-Call duties and be available to respond within the timeframe outlined in the Radiology Policy and Procedure Guideline.**Education/Training**: Technologist must be able to read, write and communicate in English. Satisfactory completion of an AMA approved school for Diagnostic Radiology Technology or equivalent program.**Experience**: One-year experience required as a Rad Tech. A working understanding and knowledge of equipment and physics of mammography.**Licensure, Registration or Certification**:Must be licensed by New York State.Must be ARRT registered in MammoAbility to read, write and communicate in English (as well as other education/training Qualifications).Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall is an equal employment opportunity employer.
