About the Role

We're partnering with an investment firm that develops and operates systematic trading strategies across digital asset markets.

You'll work alongside quantitative researchers and software engineers to bring research into production, improve execution quality, and refine how systematic strategies perform in live markets.

The role combines hands-on trading with close collaboration across research and engineering. You'll contribute to execution models, trading tools, and infrastructure while helping support the deployment of new strategies across global digital asset markets.

Location: Full-time remote role or Dubai, UAE.

Technology: Python, AI & Machine Learning, Order Management Systems (OMS), Execution APIs.

What You'll Be Working On:

• Execute and manage live positions across spot, perpetual futures, options, and structured products;
• Monitor market exposure, funding rates, Greeks, and portfolio risk in real time;
• Analyse execution quality, slippage, market impact, and fill rates to improve trading performance;
• Work with quantitative researchers to bring research into production-ready trading strategies;
• Define requirements for execution models and trading tools in collaboration with engineering teams;
• Apply AI and machine learning tools to improve research workflows, execution quality, and monitoring;
• Build relationships with exchanges, prime brokers, OTC counterparties, and other market participants;
• Support the launch of new trading strategies and trading venues through execution validation and operational readiness;
• Contribute to the ongoing development of execution infrastructure and real-time monitoring capabilities.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience trading live capital within a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, market maker, or systematic trading environment;
• Strong understanding of quantitative and systematic trading principles;
• Deep knowledge of digital asset markets or transferable experience from highly liquid traditional markets such as FX, commodities, options, or futures;
• Solid understanding of derivatives, options, market microstructure, and risk management concepts, including Greeks and hedging;
• Comfortable using Python for trading analysis, monitoring, or research;
• Experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS), execution platforms, and trading APIs;
• Experience translating trading requirements into technical solutions together with quantitative researchers and software engineers;
• Practical experience using AI or machine learning tools within trading, research, or operational workflows.

Experience That Would Be an Advantage:

• Experience with DeFi markets and on-chain execution;
• Experience trading tokenised real-world assets (RWA);
• Ownership of strategy performance or P&L
• Experience launching new trading strategies, execution venues, or trading infrastructure.
