Hospitalist Service

• Daily Encounters: 93

• 22 FT Physician team
• No procedures
• Double coverage at night
• Closed ICU
• Nursing/Case Management excellence
• Collaborative clinical environment
• APP Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7 days per week)
• HM rounding with a focus on observation status patients

Compensation

Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay of $145/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a practice-funded 401(k) and USACS ownership stock.

Additional Information

Prior Hospitalist experience required

$100,000 equity ownership for all full-time Physicians after 3 years of service
