Systems Architect

Job TitleFormulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex business problems considering system limitations and capacity. Prepares detail specifications for developers. Provides technical expertise in evaluating new software modifications that will enhance operating and development activities.Responsibilities• Capture and document business requirements from clients, product management teams, implementation and operations teams, and third-party vendors to support strategic projects• Diagram system and process flows to record critical components and represent them in a schematic diagram• Define and deliver strategic interfaces supporting internal platform software and services• Evaluate third-party systems and solutions to platform capabilities• Contribute to new strategic initiatives across the internal platform Management team• Work on test strategy and execute test cases when required• Assist in client on boarding, BUAT and CUAT process• Enhance the workflow, data controls and monitoring capabilities front to back• Experience working with CI/CD, cloud experience and interface development• Strong experience of SQL, programming, Snowflake, cloud concepts, relational DB design and systems and process integrationWhat We Value• Knowledge of front office systems and trading operations• Knowledge of the end-to-end investment management cycle• Strong written and verbal skills• Strong skills with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Confluence, Jira (and other Agile supporting software)• Strong ability to maintain focus and priorities in a dynamic settingEducation & Preferred Qualifications• 10 years of experience in a combination of solution/development/architecture roles• Established SME in two or more of the following areas: Strong in development, Implementation of application and Data integration.• Experience working with teams across business services, information systems and enterprise applicationsQuestions For Suppliers• What are the top 3 must-haves you will be looking for in the resumes/interviews for this role?
