Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, planning, and implementing specific treatment programs tailored to individual needs in accordance with professional physical therapy practices.

Position Overview

The Physical Therapist will provide high-quality care to patients, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery. This position requires a commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement physical therapy interventions to enhance patients' mobility and functional abilities.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Experience: Hospital experience is preferred.
• Licensure: Must possess a current Kansas Physical Therapist license or be eligible for licensure.
• Certification: CPR certification (Basic Cardiac Life Support or Basic Life Support) must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with day shifts. Weekend requirements will be discussed during the interview process. On-call duties may be possible.
