These professionals will perform welding and grinding functions on tanks and specialty vessels, ensuring high standards of safety and quality. Perks & Benefits Competitive compensation: $32.00 to $38.00 per hour Per diem paid based on days worked Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k company match Life insurance Ongoing training Opportunity for advancement Performance incentives and compensation increase What You'll Need Ability to pass required weld tests (FCAW, SMAW on carbon steel and 9% nickel plate) Maintain 95-100% pass rate on weld X-ray/visual exams Ability to read prints, follow written and verbal instructions Completion of Matrix Service Basic Safety training and site-specific training Valid TWIC card Ability to obtain and maintain active status in drug testing program and pass background screening Ability to perform tasks at heights and in confined spaces Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds, kneel, squat, climb, and work extended hours Willingness to travel/relocate and work frequent overtime Maintain clean shaven face for respirator/face mask (site specific) What Will Make You Stand Out Tank building experience, preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
