The ideal candidate will perform business analysis activities for ServiceNow implementations supporting the Hadlock contract, providing analytical rigor and structured process insights to support requirements development, process optimization, and user adoption. Apply modern process improvement techniques collaborating closely with both functional and technical stakeholders. Takes increasing responsibility for requirements definition, stakeholder engagement, and contributing to solution validation within Agile delivery models.Key Responsibilities:Conducts requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders documenting business needs and process requirementsDevelops user stories with clear acceptance criteria supporting Agile development sprintsCreates process documentation including process flows, use cases, and functional specificationsPerforms gap analysis comparing current state processes with desired future state capabilitiesFacilitates workshops and working sessions with business users and technical teamsDevelops a thorough understanding of requirements then applies industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to design optimal solutions that support business processes and meet or exceed functional requirementsSupports user acceptance testing including test case development, execution coordination, and defect validationDocuments business rules, workflow logic, and configuration requirements for technical implementationCollaborates with ServiceNow developers ensuring requirements are accurately translated into technical solutionsParticipates in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectivesConducts solution demonstrations and validation sessions with stakeholdersMaintains requirements traceability matrices tracking requirements through implementationSupports change management activities including training material development and user communicationRequired Qualifications:4 years of business analysis experience with hands on ServiceNow requirements definition and process analysis; federal experience preferredLocation & Work Requirements: Northern Virginia area. This position requires onsite presence at the contractor facility 4 to 5 days per week.Preferred Qualifications:ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow CSA, CBAP, PMI PBA, or business analysis certificationsSecurity Clearance:An active TS/SCI is required and must be willing to obtain polygraphThe pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:$86,400 —$176,200 USD
