PRN Occupational Therapist – Port Charlotte Step Up Rehab offers a PRN OT role with a flexible schedule at our Port Charlotte facility. This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in Florida and provides services in a skilled nursing facility (SNF). Position Summary Provide skilled OT‑related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
