For remote location the ranges are $104,500.00 - $174,200.00 This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 10% or $, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change. Position Details As a Senior Software Engineer (Software Engineer III) you will be involved in the full systems life cycle and responsible for designing, coding, configuring, testing, implementing and supporting application software and systems that are delivered on time and within budget. In addition to mentoring junior engineers, you will work closely with technical teams, stakeholders and product managers to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and physical design of technical solutions As a Senior Engineer on Grainger’s Digital Identity team, you will help build and operate authentication capabilities that serve our 2+ million customer accounts. The team is responsible for the customer sign-in experience and the systems that securely manage user login activity. You will manage and enhance Autho configurations and integrations, which support our customer authentication platform. The team also configures, manages, and supports SSO connections for customer companies.
