Job Summary:
The Employee Dining Room (EDR) Lead oversees daily EDR operations, ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and company standards are consistently met. This role supports Food & Beverage operations by training new team members, maintaining a welcoming dining experience for employees, and stepping into Food & Beverage Attendant duties as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee EDR operations, ensuring food service and cleanliness standards are followed
• Complete opening and closing checklists
• Train new employees and assist with documenting task proficiency
• Provide feedback to management on meal selections and gather employee suggestions
• Take orders, process payments, and follow cash handling procedures
• Serve food and beverages to employees
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and fully stocked service areas
• Clear dining areas, sanitize surfaces, and dispose of waste properly
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Follow all safety, environmental, and departmental procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous food service experience required
• Cash handling experience strongly preferred
• Strong guest service and leadership skills
• Ability to train and support team members
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, dependable, and willing to jump in where needed
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset with a passion for hospitality

Salary/Compensation: $17.70 per hour
