JTCMHC is currently recruiting for a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional Team Lead, licensed or under supervision. This role provides oversight and direction for clinical care on our outpatient unit, while also maintaining a caseload. The Team Lead delivers professional behavioral health services—including assessments and psychotherapy—to support recovery and promote overall wellness for a designated population. This position also works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to address the physical and behavioral health needs of the individuals we serve. Position Details: Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center, Lawton, OK Salary: Licensed Behavioral Health Professional Team Lead: $76,000 – $83,790 (based on experience, tenure, and certifications) Licensure Candidate Behavioral Health Professional Team Lead: $71,000 – $78,277.50 (based on experience, tenure, and certifications) Occasional weekend and holiday coverage may be required. What We’re Looking For: Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (LBHP) – Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field + full licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, etc.). Licensed Candidate Behavioral Health Professional (LCBHP) – Master’s degree in a relevant field + active supervision toward licensure. Additional Requirements: ✅ Must have a valid driver’s license and be open to job‑related travel (e.g., training). ✅ Participation in an on‑call rotation unless exempted. About Us Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center in Lawton, OK is a community‑based center with a primary focus on mental health and substance abuse treatment. The inpatient and outpatient services include special groups and programs for adolescents, persons with co‑occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, seniors and older adults, women, men, and criminal justice groups. Drug and Alcohol Pre‑employment and Preplacement Testing: Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety‑sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to a safety‑sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result. THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE OF 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK.
