Operations Manager

About The Role The Operations Manager keeps the technical organization running efficiently by owning the systems, workflows, and operating rhythms behind product development, engineering, and go-to-market execution. The role connects people, processes, and tools across platforms such as Jira, Asana, Slack, Notion, and business intelligence dashboards. You will turn ambiguous operational needs into clear processes, measurable programs, and reliable reporting. This role matters because strong execution depends on accurate data, disciplined planning, and fast resolution of cross-functional dependencies. Key Responsibilities Own and improve operating processes for planning, intake, prioritization, status reporting, and post-project reviews Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, finance, customer success, and leadership; track milestones, owners, risks, and dependencies Administer and optimize operational tooling, including Jira, Asana, Notion, Slack, Airtable, and workflow automation platforms Build dashboards and recurring reports using spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools to monitor throughput, capacity, SLA performance, and delivery risk Document standard operating procedures, decision records, and process controls in a centralized knowledge base Identify bottlenecks through data analysis and stakeholder interviews, then lead process improvements through implementation and adoption Manage external vendors, renewals, access controls, and operating budgets for core business and technical systems What We Are Looking For 3-8 years of experience in operations, technical program management, project management, business operations, or a related cross-functional role Experience supporting technology teams and managing workflows across engineering, product, IT, or data organizations Strong command of project and work-management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, or equivalent platforms Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; ability to build operational dashboards and use SQL or BI tools for analysis Demonstrated ability to create scalable processes, manage competing priorities, and drive projects to completion without constant direction Clear, concise written and verbal communication, with strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, information systems, engineering, or a related field; Bonus: experience with workflow automation, SaaS administration, ITIL, Agile, or change-management programs #J-18808-Ljbffr Evlo AI
