Overview
A rapidly growing distribution and manufacturing company is seeking a bilingual HR Manager to support a large, high-volume workforce across multiple facilities in Santa Fe Springs. This role will serve as a strategic partner to operations leadership while overseeing employee relations, performance management, compliance, recruiting support, and day-to-day HR operations for a workforce of 300-400 employees that continues to grow.
This position is ideal for a hands-on HR leader who thrives in fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments and enjoys being highly visible on the floor partnering directly with employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR partner for employees and managers across multiple facilities
- Lead employee relations investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management initiatives
- Provide guidance to leadership regarding employee issues, compliance matters, and HR best practices
- Partner closely with operations leaders to support workforce planning, staffing, retention, and engagement efforts
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Support onboarding, new hire orientation, policy administration, and employee development initiatives
- Analyze workforce metrics and maintain HR reporting using Excel and Google Sheets
- Assist with process improvements and HR initiatives to support continued organizational growth
- Foster a positive workplace culture while balancing business and operational needs
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- 5 years of Human Resources experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Experience supporting warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or other high-volume operational environments
- Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience
- Working knowledge of California employment laws
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and HR systems
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Must be comfortable working onsite full-time in Santa Fe Springs
