Associate Analyst, AI

Research, plan, and evaluate the effectiveness of artificial intelligence models, automated systems, and data-driven methodologies Review operational metrics to identify, analyze, and resolve technical bottlenecks Interpret company policies on data governance and AI ethics Analyze, maintain, and cleanse complex data across Oracle, Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.com databases Provide analytical support to Sales Leadership and Branch Administration teams Integrate machine learning models, predictive analytics, and intelligent forecasting platforms into territory analysis Optimize prospect viability scoring, establish territory equity, and support data-backed quota development Develop rules and methodologies for effective data management Extract, analyze, massage, cleanse, and update data from business databases and website analytics Detect, flag, and fix duplicate or corrupted records using machine learning models Analyze and validate new prospect records in Salesforce.com Score and rank prospect data based on conversion potential Create and run reports and perform data extracts Use generative AI tools to create plain-language summaries for management Analyze data using standard statistical methods and present results to management Maintain data integration between Salesforce.com and Oracle applications Evaluate and maintain integrations between traditional databases and emerging AI data platforms Liaise with third-party vendors such as Dun & Bradstreet Maintain sales territories, hierarchies, and resources in appropriate systems Analyze sales territories and help market leaders develop sales coverage plans Use AI forecasting models to identify market trends and improve sales coverage plans Provide a high level of customer service Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required 0 to 2 years of related experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, and Power BI Detail-oriented, articulate, and well-organized Strong communication, troubleshooting, and follow-up skills Knowledge of Oracle and Salesforce.com preferred Project management and reporting skills Ability to meet strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure Basic understanding of financial and accounting statements and concepts Business acumen to work with technical and non-technical colleagues, sales personnel, sales management, and executive staff Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Company will not pursue or support visa sponsorship Must reside in the United States at the time of hire Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in data analysis, machine learning integration, and data governance while providing analytical support to sales leadership.
