Job Description Job Description Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) & Physical Therapist (PT) — PRN / 1099 Contractor or Part‐Time W2 Setting: Rehab Facility / Adult Post‐Acute Care Schedule: Flexible PRN; weekday, weekend, half‐day, and full‐day options available Work Model: On‐site patient care with remote completion of eligible documentation duties as permitted by DOR. Compensation: $72/Hr depending on experience and qualifications Duties Occupational Therapist (OT) Duties * Evaluate and treat adult patients with ADL deficits, cognitive/perceptual needs, upper‐extremity limitations, and functional impairments * Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans * Provide interventions including ADL retraining, adaptive equipment training, UE strengthening, and safety education * Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries * Collaborate with rehab, nursing, and interdisciplinary staff * Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and functional carryover strategies * Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation Physical Therapist (PT) Duties * Evaluate and treat adult patients with mobility, gait, balance, strength, and functional movement impairments * Develop and implement individualized PT treatment plans * Provide interventions including gait training, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re‐education, and transfer/balance training * Fit and train patients on assistive devices (walkers, canes, wheelchairs) * Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries * Collaborate with rehab, nursing, and interdisciplinary staff * Educate patients and caregivers on mobility strategies and fall‐prevention programs * Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation What Is Offered * Flexible PRN / W2 scheduling based on your availability * 1099 independent contractor arrangement or Part‐Time W2 employment * Opportunity for remote completion of eligible paperwork and documentation tasks * Supportive rehab team and consistent communication regarding scheduling needs * Competitive rate of $72/Hr based on experience and qualifications Requirements Occupational Therapist (OT) Requirements * Active California OT license * Adult rehab / SNF / post‐acute experience preferred * Strong clinical documentation skills * Ability to work independently and maintain professional, compliant standards Physical Therapist (PT) Requirements * Active California PT license * Adult rehab / SNF / post‐acute experience preferred * Strong clinical documentation and mobility‐focused assessment skills * Ability to work independently and maintain professional, compliant standards
