Security Vulnerability Management Specialist

This role involves providing guidance and triaging issues related to security vulnerability management. The successful candidate will serve as a point of contact for application teams and collaborate with operations, engineering, and Information Security teams to resolve vulnerability remediation issues. They will manage programs, coordinate activities across functional teams, and ensure funding levels are maintained for key technology strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Management
• 5+ years of experience in Vulnerability Management
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, analysis, etc.)
• Experience in a CIO Application or CTI product portfolio
• Experience in DevOps practices and solution delivery processes

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with Confluence and vulnerability management
• Ability to communicate, engage, and build partnerships at a senior leadership level
• Self-starter, intellectually curious, and eager to learn
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Serve as an expert on process, data, and stakeholders in the domain of vulnerability remediation and patching
• Analyze data to identify, communicate, and drive prioritization
• Build relationships with key business partners to influence outcomes over time
• Identify process and automation improvement opportunities
• Lead projects to drive improvements to processes, while reporting on status regularly with stakeholders and leadership
• Provide strategic leadership across ServiceNow and domain to influence change over time
• Deliver support via existing Tech Support Channels
