Benefits Weekly paychecks Paid time off, parental leave, and holidays Insurance (medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance) 401(k) with company match Stock purchase plan Education reimbursement Legal insurance Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and more What You’ll Do Lead crews to meet project timelines Assist with training of crew members Read and understand blueprints Ensure adherence to company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations Assist supervisor with day‑to‑day activities Communicate with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues Safely use heavy equipment and machinery Perform work in all weather conditions Carry out other duties as assigned What You’ll Need 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company A valid driver’s license High school diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience (or a combination) At least three years of related work experience Previous foreman experience preferred Physical Abilities & Exposures Routinely: work alone in remote locations and confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift greater than 55 pounds Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard, and mouse The wage range for Foreman Telecom Underground is $25.00 - $34.00.
