Epic Grand Central/Prelude/RTE/Referrals Analyst

Job Description

CTG is seeking a skilled Epic Grand Central/Prelude/RTE/Referrals Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, patient access application knowledge, and hands-on experience supporting registration, scheduling, and patient movement workflows. This role is critical in ensuring seamless functionality of Epic’s Grand Central and Cadence modules, supporting both break/fix issues and application enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Collaborate as a member of the Epic analyst team, providing developer-level support.
\n
• Apply deep understanding of patient access, scheduling, and patient movement applications to optimize system performance.
\n
• Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues within the Grand Central, Prelude modules.
\n
• Implement application enhancements to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
\n
• Work effectively within an established team structure, contributing to shared goals.
\n
• Partner with the manager to prioritize tasks and deliverables.
\n

Requirements

\n
• Epic Grand Central/Prelude/RTE/Referrals certification
\n
• Extensive experience with registration, scheduling, patient movement, and referral management workflows across Epic Grand Central, Prelude modules.
\n
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex issues.
\n
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
\n
