RN Manager Express Clinic will lead within a Level IV Trauma, small community hospital known for personalized care and rapid response capabilities. This Emergency Services Nurse Leader position oversees a fast-paced Emergency Department and associated clinic providing critical access services to a diverse population. The Emergency Department Nurse Manager ensures evidence-based practice standards are upheld across trauma stabilization, urgent care, and outpatient clinic workflows. With approximately 25 inpatient beds, this intimate acute care environment allows the Emergency Services Nurse Manager to make a visible impact on patient outcomes and operational excellence. Close collaboration between emergency and clinic teams promotes seamless patient transitions and continuity of care.
Nurse Manager Emergency Services and Clinic r eports directly to the Director of Emergency and Ambulatory Services while partnering with physician leaders and administrative executives to advance departmental goals. This Emergency Department Nurse Manager role provides operational oversight of staffing, budgeting, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance while mentoring charge nurses and cultivating future leaders. The Urgent Care ED RN Manager is supported by experienced RNs, skilled technicians, and a diverse interdisciplinary healthcare team committed to compassionate care. Shared governance councils and collaborative committees empower the Nurse Manager Emergency Services and Clinic to implement strategic initiatives that enhance patient flow and clinical performance.
