Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential functions, as defined under the ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA), may include any of the following representative duties and responsibilities. Duties and responsibilities such as regular attendance at the job are not routinely listed in job descriptions but are also an essential function.
Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Support the AVP, Portfolio Management in advising Executive leadership on prioritization and selection of projects to optimize value and strategic alignment, subject to organizational constraints — Assist the AVP, Portfolio Management to define the scope and priorities of the Capital Improvement Plan, aligned to the Authority’s Vision and Goals — Assess and prioritize projects against defined criteria — Working closely with Finance, assist the AVP, Portfolio Management to develop and maintain an affordable, deliverable plan for the capital portfolio.
• Analyze and report on capital portfolio performance and risks, to support portfolio decision-making — Provide regular reports and insights on capital portfolio performance — Develop and maintain a capital portfolio risk register — Develop and lead implementation of a strategy for managing portfolio risks
